Due to the unique advantages international research brings, MCD Global Health has taken great steps toward Malaria prevention. 

As a global organization based in Maine, MCD Global Health harnesses technology to make their work more impactful and provide space for diverse identities and perspectives to flourish. 

Historically, rural communities have had fewer health-related resources nearby or accessible to them (compared to urban areas). Part of MCD Global Health's mission is improving accessibility of resources in rural communities.
